WINDOWS XP SP2 FIREWALL CONFIGURATIONS
To allow your Windows XP service pack two machine to communicate with
the Comcast Games on Demand servers, please perform the steps outlined
below:
1. Go to "Start" -->
"Control Panel" --> "Security Center".
2. Click on "Windows Firewall"

3. In the Firewall window, make sure
the "Don't allow exceptions" check box is unchecked and then
click on the "Exceptions" tab.

4. Click on "Add Program"
to add the Comcast on Demand game launcher to the list of allowed programs.

5. Click on Browse to select a program
to add, and the browse window will appear.

6. In the "File name" box,
type in the program path for the Comcast Games on Demand game launcher:
C:\PROGRAM FILES\COMCAST GAMES ON DEMAND\GPLAYER.EXE, and then click "Open".

7. You will see the Comcast Games
on Demand game launcher in the list of programs allowed. Click "OK"
to confirm.

8. Click on "Add Port"
to add ports 80 and 443 for secure Internet browsing.

9. The"Add a Port" window
will open. Type "Comcast Games on Demand" in the name box, and
type "80" in the port number box.
10. Make sure that "TCP"
is selected, and click "ok".

11. Repeat step #11, but this time
using port number "443".
12. Click "Ok" to accept
the changes.
13. Close the Firewall window.
The above procedure will allow secure communication between your Windows
XP service pack two machine and the Comcast Games on Demand servers.
